You will need: 

  • Power Pancake Mix
  • 3/4 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2/3 cup Milk (almond, soy or regular)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil

Optional: 1 cup fresh or frozen Berries & Maple Syrup

Milk, yogurt, an egg, oil, bowl, spoon, measuring cups

Combine Mix 1 with yogurt and milk

Mix in egg and oil

Wait 5 minutes as the oats soak up the moisture

Add mix 2 and stir

Add fresh or defrosted berries

Preheat non-stick pan to low/medium heat

Flip pancakes after 2-3 minutes or until golden brown

Top pancakes with fruit and maple syrup

 

Left over batter can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze extra pancakes for another day
