Instructions:

1 cup fresh or frozen berries. (mixture of blueberries, raspberries and blackberries is my favourite)

2 tablespoons juice, preferably orange juice 

 Put berries and juice together in a pot. Turn the stove to high and wait for berries and juice to boil

 Keep berries boiling without spilling over the top. Let the mixture boil for about 5 minutes to reduce the liquid.

 Stir berry mixture to keep the berries from sticking to the pot. Use a wooden spoon rather than metal so you don't scratch the bottom of the pot

Serve immediately or keep in an air tight container in the fridge once cooled for up to a week
